Loco Mag is a lifestyle and culture magazine based in northwest Philadelphia. At Loco, we aim to showcase the ideas, voices, and talents of college students in the Philadelphia region. We focus on culture and lifestyle relevant to college students, and emphasize this perspective in our tone and content.
We never publish poetry or fictional submissions. However, we are also not strictly a news publication. We cover a broad range of subjects, including the arts, off-campus social events, entertainment, travel, and political news. But we are in the business of telling real, tangible stories, not just filling pages.
Our main goal is to publish a magazine that will not only work to connect readers to one another, but with the world around us.
We want to learn your stories and hear your opinions, whether that is through writing or photo journalism - we want to broadcast you.
Loco Mag is completely independent, and we pride ourselves on showcasing a writer’s honest, unfiltered perspective.
